Returns & Refunds Policy



✔ Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

  • it is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered

  • it is delivered with missing parts or accessories

  • it is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • it has original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories intact

📌 Return window: Returns are accepted within [7 / 10 / 15 / 30] days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • perishable products (food, flowers, etc.)

  • personal care, hygiene, innerwear & cosmetics

  • items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale”

  • customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • opened software, digital products, gift cards

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Return Process

To place a return request:

  1. Contact us at [support email / phone / WhatsApp]

  2. Share order ID + reason for return + product images (if damaged/defective)

  3. Our team will review your request within [24–72 hours]

  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged where available, otherwise you may be asked to self-ship

📌 Reverse pickup availability depends on your PIN code.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within [3–7 business days].

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Refund may be denied if the product is used, damaged due to misuse, or does not meet return conditions.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

🛑 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may place a return request after delivery.

  • Products must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit

  • We reserve the right to refuse return/refund if the product does not meet conditions
