6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk passes to the buyer once the product is delivered to the stated address.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delays or failed delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations (7-Day Policy)

  • Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch.

8. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD may be available based on pincode/serviceability.

  • The courier may contact you before delivery for confirmation.

  • Refusal at the doorstep without valid reason may lead to blocking COD facility for future orders.

  • Fake orders or misuse of COD may result in account suspension.

9. Warranty Terms

  • Warranty, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.

  • Physical damage, mishandling, normal wear and tear, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.

  • Warranty claims must include invoice and product photos/videos for verification.

  • ADCREATIONS reserves the right to repair, replace, or deny warranty based on assessment.
